DM not transferring all Apps

I had a BB Tour and now have a BB Bold 9650. A couple of my paid apps did not transfer. Is there a way to download them with DM and then reinstall on the new Handset. i still have the old phone in my procession for a few more days before I have to send it to the nice people at RIM.

Some apps will not run on a new device or OS. Otherwise maybe best to return to the point of purchase, correct your information, and download again. That is my favorite way to go. There may be other options but someone else will need to come along with those.
