I've found a work around and sharing this incase, someone else has the same issue.
So after the installation of the Desktop Manager, what I have to do is, boot Windows XP in SafeMode and uninstall all USB related components from Device Manager.
After rebooting into normal mode, Windows XP will re-detect and replace the USB Drivers that were altered causing the blue screen.
Windows XP and Desktop Manger will be happy again.
