Desktop Software updated to 6.0.2.44

I quit DM just a minute ago, then plugged in a BB, which caused DM to launch again. Much to my surprise it prompted me to update to the latest version. I had a look thru the release notes at the web site listed and didn't see anything new.

Check the CB Blog,
It looks like it was updated in ref to Playbook and maybe some bug fixes.
