Desktop Software Transparent Windows

When I open the blackberry desktop software v6.0.2 or v6.1 the splash screen loads, then the software loads but the window is transparent.

If I close the program the exiting blackberry desktop software windows pops up (also transparent) and the program closes. So the software is working just not displaying correctly.

I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled many times, uninstalled and reinstalled the .net framework and nothing.

I have searched everywhere for a solution, I have found many people with the same problem but no solution. Does anyone have any ideas? Is there a tech support number or email for RIM that I can use?
