Welcome to CrackBerry. For a better chance of helpful replies, you might want to give some details about your BB model, OS version, DM version, computer details (Mac/PC, OS version) etc. And/or add them to your user info that shows at the top of your posts.

Two quick Qs just to make sure all the basic bases have been covered:
- If your BB password protected have you entered the password?
- Are you sure the USB cable still works?
- If you plug your BB into your computer without also running DM, does the computer recognize it as a new "drive" (I think you'll need to have "Mass Media Mode" turned on in your BB for this to happen)?
- Have you searched the forums for posts that might be similar to your question?

Good luck with the issue. I suspect someone might have some more direct experience and feedback than I've given here, but it's a start.
