 Desktop Manager 6.1 will not launch!
Been trying very hard to install Blackberry Desk Top manager but no luck! here are the details:
- Desk top manager version 6.1 - downloaded image name "610_b034_multilanguage.exe"
- PC system - Window XP 64-bit. I also installed the hotfix "http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968730" recommended for the OS SW at the site "http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/system_requirements.jsp"
- i did many install (via IE and Firefox) / remove
all with no luck!
When i try to start the Desktop manager i get the message "BlackBerry Desktop Software has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and wants to send info to Microsoft!  |
