Default Desk top Help

When I try to connect my Torch 9800 through desk top manager my wireless mouse freezes and nothing happens. I have waited extended periods of time and the desktop manager also freezes. I am using windows XP and a logitech wireless mouse. Help please!

What happens if you try it without the 'wireless mouse'?
How are you connecting the BlackBerry and the computer?

So if you use no mouse, the BlackBerry Desktop Manager still won't open correctly on your computer?

Is your computer OS completely updated with SP3?

Yes it is. Diagnostic says all USB ports are working normally and USB roots.
