Can't find solution for DM and Windows 7 64bit
PC has Windows 7 Professional 64 bit operating system.
DM will not connect to my 9800 Torch. Up until now this didn't concern me much as DM works on my laptop with Vista. My new 9810 Torch arrived while I was away and of course I was excited to get switched over to the new one. This is when my laptop decided to not start up. Can't seem to find the problem with it so decided to see if I could get DM manager working with the Windows 7 machine.
I have searched the forums but not found a solution. I have tried using different USB cord, different USB ports, etc. Also uninstalled latest version of DM and installed older version with same issues happening. DM and computer recognizes but just sits there trying to connect.
TIA for pointing me to solution.
