Question Calendar Is Read-Only?

All I want to do is delete my calendar entries on my Blackberry Bold 9700, recently upgraded to OS 6. I want to remove ALL entries in the calendar, I don't need to save any of them.

So here is my problem. In the Blackberry Desktop Software, I access "Device" > "Delete Data..." I fill in the bubble for "Selected Data," as I only want to clear out the calendar. However, the entry "Calendar - All" is greyed out, claiming to be a read-only source. This is a problem, as 216 entries are under that category. Obviously, that would be the one I want to delete.

I have no clue how to resolve this issue, and I am exhausted from searching the threads and finding dead ends. Please help!

Default

Open the calendar app on the device>options>scroll through all the calendar accounts listed. One (or more of them) will have a box for "wireless synchronisation". Un-check the box, reconnect to BB DM and you will now see the calendar data for editing.
