Unhappy Bold 9900 not detected by Desktop Software I NEED YOUR HELP!

So today Rogers decided to give out an update and it was the newest version for the 9900 so i plugged my phone in and it went to go back up i clicked cancel and pulled my phone out(i REGRET DOING THAT!) So i went to go plug my phone back in and now it wont even connect on the screen of my phone it gives my the options to charge sync and something to do with media sync or something anyways so it's plugged in and it took over 10 minutes to connect but it didnt at all -_- i couldnt even click anything on the screen so i disconnected it and deleted the desktop software and re-installed it now its stuck on initializing device its been over 10 minutes now i have no clue on what to do im stuck and i REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!
