Blackberry DM not starting

Suddenly after I upgraded to 610_b038, the DM stopped working. Now I tried installing 501_b073, 600_b047, 601_b021, 610_b038 and 700_b019. The 501 starts but is unable to sync my address book using Outlook 2010. None of the 6 series start. The 700 starts after a long time and an error pops up saying Rim.Transcoder.exe cannot start as missing mp4filelibu.dll

I have tried clean install as well as deleting the registry entries, but no luck. I have also uninstalled all windows Live files from the computer.

All advice will be really highly appreciated, thanks

Suddenly stopped working (Windows 7). Uninstalled and reinstalled, still no joy. Windows says it's checking for a solution but doesn't find one. Whaaa....?

Did anyone help with this error I have the following error:

I was trying to backup my playbook before downloading 2.0 and am stuck as I cant backup the PB!! The backup fails and says the PB is may not be connected to the computer. I also went ahead and tried the 2.0 update and get the same message after about 8 minutes of downloading.
