Blackberry desktop manager 'connect your blackberry device'

Hi

I have a blackberry bold 9700, but blakcberry desktop manager refuses to recognise the device when it's plugged into my computer (via usb cable). The phone's memory card shows up in my computer and it's detected in device manager, but the desktop manager fails to recognise it. The computer is running windows vista and the desktop manager software is the latest version.

I just contacted vodafone and they told me that this is a windows issue. Does anyone know where I can get the drivers for the blackberry bold 9700 for windows vista?
