 20 Minute Device Back Ups
This is what I am using:
BlackBerry 9850 7.0.0.374
BlackBerry Desktop Software Version 6.1.0.35
Windows 7
While backing up my Torch the progress bar hangs for approximately 20 minutes and says “Backing up Smart Card Options 1 of 1 Record.” Anyone else having this problem? I have tried the versions before and after the one I am using now with the same problem.
