I have a blackberry storm flashed to cricket and I just now backed up my storm on the blackberry drvice manager and my cricket service books are not there and my picture message and Internet are missing. Can someone please help me out with the service books free of charge I would gladly appreciate it.

I also have a blackberry storm 9530 that was flashed to Cricket...Everything was going good except I couldnt send or recieve MMS so i called Cricket and they refreshed my services now my Cricket browser is gone and I still cant get MMS...But everything else still works ..how do I fix this? I currently dont have desktop manager or a way to plug into my computer any other options besides re-flashing?

your only option right now since you do not have a usb cable and blackberry desktop is to get it reflashed Bro.

I installed the new 5.0 OS and lost my web and mms with cricket. I have a service book which i installed threw the bbdm but when I restart my phone I loose my settings. is there a save option im missing?

i recently just aquired a flashed to cricket blackberry storm 2 i had it activated at cricket all it does is receive texts and phone calls no pic msg or mms or web which im paying for i looked in the location of service books and it is empty is there anywhere i can locate the required service books needed to make the phone work for web mms pic msg
