Default First time you went "wow" when you got your blackberry

When did it occur and how

For me its when I was poking around on my curve and noticed I could add my schedule to my BB's calender. Simple I know but there's a lot in the BB I'm still discovering but its a wonderful process of knowing.

No more using a paper calender again

Hmm, I think the first time I went "wow" with my BB is the first time I received html emails on the new OS. I was officially gone after that.

Default It took a while

After being issued 3 previous BlackBerrys for work, my first real "WOW" was using BlackBerry Messenger on my Curve 8330 (my first BB on my personal line). It's one of my favorite things about a BB.

I love BBM!

When I saw the amount of customization I could do on it. The themes, the way i can re order icons, download 3 party apps, the different font and endless phone settings. It was a fresh surprise as my first smart phone & coming from a VZW dumb phone with a locked down UI.

I wowed when I had a meeting and notified all the attendiess by just clicking their names on the calender menu. My bb did everything it was great!

The calender menu abd my bb automactically sent them e mail and a reminder on the day.

I just love everything about the device - seems like every week I am still learning something new and always getting the "wow" factor.
