Default Intro - A Timeline of Phones

Good day to all, I have oftened looked in on CB, but never joined. Then I joined but never posted. A little about me:

2008
Pearl 8120. It was a solid phone, but unfortunately it drowned. I replaced it with the fresh and sleek

Pearl 8220 flip. This phone was not as good for brick breaker. Eventually the LCD cracked, and I had to resort to using another

Pearl 8120 I picked up from someone. I then upgraded to

2010
Android - the Acer liquid E. Went total Android Fanboy. Was a fine device for a year before it totally crapped out. It was replaced by the

2011
Dell Streak (Android). Best phone I had ever had. Absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the LCD on it cracked about a month into my ownership of it. I then dug out an old

2012
Bold 9000 that I had purchased for my wife a year ago (but she soon upgraded to to a curve 85xx). I put on the hybrid OS (delftoe or something), and looking forward to the 7.3 release.

So it looks like I;ll be camped out in BB land for awhile. I am loving BBM, but the processor and memory is terrible compared to my android superphones.

And for what its worth, the playbook is THE BEST tablet I have played with, and am eyeing it for future use.
