BlackBerry needs to asking their customers about they want to see in their next device: form factor, dark hub themes, emphasis on the camera, screen size, maybe colour options etc. It's really not that hard to do, but they continue to make the same mistakes and refuse to learn from them. They ought to take a look at other companies' success and see why they're successful.
