Anyone else have a error sending sms mess. I keep getting (SMS error 96, Message ID 27) General problems

Happened a few weeks ago when I first got my Tour, but I couldn't call out either. Had to get a new phone, another Tour of course, and it hasn't happened since.

It was randomly happening to me (error 96) late last week. Slowed down some this weekend, and I haven't had a problem since. Seemed to happen more with out of network people though. called csouth, put in a service ticket, told i'd hear back in 48-72 hours, its been double that and no call back.
