Default how do you get rid of the from blackberry smartphone on cellular south?

a friend of mine has a cs blackberry and every time she sends me an email i get three of them.

So how does she get rid of this?

Have her do a battery pull which will reset the device to start.

Also, what email provider is she sending from?

Default since i don't have a blackberry

a battery pull is what it sounds like right? so how long do you leave the battery out? she is using the cellsouth blackberry email.

Yeah the battery pull is pull the battery for 30 seconds while the phone is powered on. Then replace it in the device and let it boot up!
