Question help fellow cellular south users

I just recently got my first BB the pearl I have the 99 a month unlimited nationwide plan I got in McGee Arkansas the other day and needed to search a car value for my mother in law I had full signal was textin fine but I couldn't access any web couldn't even check my email or sign in on im went to a store the next day and he claimed the data service was low even though I could make calls data requires more but I had full signal and I get on web in MS with 1 bar anyone else have this problem when roaming

sounds like you just experienced the typical "loss of data" next time it happens, just reboot your phone; that will restore your connection. it happens.

You should also look for the shift key and the period or atleast a comma.

Break it up so it can be read.

I almost passed out reading this in one breath.

Do I need to battery pull for that or is there a button sequence to reboot

You can update your phone's OS.

Go to RIM.Com and make sure you are running the latest OS.


the OS can make a mistake as you go from 1x to evdo towers.

When that happens you loose Data connection.
