Default Cellular South Service Question

Hi, I also have Cellular South and I have the Pearl but I want to upgrade to the Curve but when I went into the store they said they had removed it from my account because they no longer offered that feature but I read a news story that cell phone providers could not just remove something from your account without your approval. Do you know anything about this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

I just looked at my account and see that they have removed the frequent upgrade from my account. I sent them an email and told them I was going to contact my attorney to see if this is indeed legal. I did not cancel this feature and they didn't send any notice stating that they were doing away with it. I am highly pissed about this!!!!!! Thanks for the heads up.
