I think the rep thought I was crazy. I just really wish, I could get their customer service manager/director in a room and coach them on how to make their team better because their teams ultimately causes frustrated users which ultimately causes a drop in sales. Sorry to vent but the problems I can handle, but a customer service rep that keeps saying "there's not a problem"....that's just no acceptable.
