Default Cellular South Data Issues

CSouther's. I just got off the phone with CSouth's data team. There seems to be a problem again in my area (D) as well as the Cleveland, MS area and Grenada area. Anyone else seeing problems? If so, where are you?

I've called and added Greenville, Eupora, and Winona. Think it's safe to say that data is down all of the footprint.

You're welcome and I know. It's frustrating. I didn't have data from around 3pm Sunday (5th) - Monday morning. I had emails to roll in at 3:54am Monday morning, but then it stopped again. I completely agree. I have been so very tempted to switch over to AT&T. The plans at CSouth are really great... the customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well as the choices and availability in phones. I guess the low priced plans are what keep them as a forerunner. I KNOW I would be gone already if not for that! The people who work in our local store rotate through so quickly you rarely see the same face. Makes you wonder....

Yup. As I've said multiple times on here...the people that work in Ridgeland are wonderful, but their front line is killing their reputation.

In a 1X area here. Have not had a data problem, other than it being 1X

I get so tired of CSouth and their problems at times! Like you said,MSCooley, the reps are not willing to help in any way. I have often thought of switching over to another company but the ONLY thing that keeps me at CS are the plans. I would switch in a sec if ATT or Verizon got something comparable to the smart phone plan!

agreed.....me too, esp today.....their reps are terrible. lack of youtube support and up to date phones is enough for me to be online looking.....(for a new carrier)

I'm looking to change carriers now, I had bragged the other day (earlier in the forums) that there were no problems in my area, the past two days we have been dropping calls and can hardly use the internet, I havent been getting emails on time either. I called and at first they said it was probably my phone. Then i sent an email and they said be patient, they were working to correct the problem. I have ben patiently looking at att and Verizon, I may pay more but at least i will be able to use what I pay for. After this month I should be done with CS.
