haha. thanx. nope. im a web manager with Sungard Higher Education @ DSU. i just build custom themes in my spare time and decided to do one based on csouth. i know people that work there, but no i don't haha. you're not the first to ask.

How long does it take to be able to design a theme like that? What "tech" stuff / programming skills do you use?

It's VERY impressive!

Thanks. For a basic theme, no "true" tech programming skills are needed. However when you get into animated themes, you must know Java.
