Question Cellular South...

Hey, I know Cellular south is normally slow with getting the new phones and I was curious if anyone knew if Cellular South might be getting the Bold? I had not heard any buzz about it at all except from ATT and Verizon people.

Only way to look at it is....they wait awhile to release new phones due to further testing of the product. They wait to provide the phones until all the little quirks are out of the OS or whatever. I know every phone will have some type of problems, but at least the big ones are gone.

Cellular South is slowly getting up to date and yeah, I know they do extra testing... They kept playing with Curve and only released it like 2 months ago. I am just really wanting the Bold but love my CSOUTH lol

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Cellular South is usually slow to get new phones. Although, I am pleased with my Pearl, and they got it rather quickly.

Good rule of thumb is to watch verizon. They were only behind them on the curve a few weeks.

It's possible...usually when CDMA phones are released they go thru all the CDMA companies before they hit GSM shelves!

Ex.
HTC TOUCH hit Sprint, then Verizon, now it's at CSOUTH ...

BB CURVE was Sprint, Verizon, now CSOUTH

Now...then again...it might be that new phone they just got a Sprint, the HTC Diamond (I think), theyve had it for at least 2 months so i should hit Verizon shelves pretty soon, and we should be looking at it maybe a lil after Christmas

keeping my fingers crossed!
