Cell South HTC Hero Buttons Stop Working

I was wondering if anyone else with an HTC Hero was experiencing this? If so, what is the remedy to fix it?

Every so often, the "Home" and green "Send" buttons stop working. If I'm using an application and want to return quickly to my home screen, I usually just have to press the "Home" button and it jumps straight back to my home screen. Likewise, if I want to just go straight to the phone and make a call, I just have to press the green "Send" key and it takes me right to the point where I can place a call.

For some reason, these functions stop working from time to time and I have to power-cycle the phone in order for this to work again. This gets very aggravating. Does this have to do with the 1.5 version of the software or is there something else I can do to make this stop happening?
