Of course! Literally had it replaced a few days ago. If you look closely at the small blue sticker on the back, it says, "NB 4/13". I think NB might be the company that recertifies the phones and 4/13 obviously being the date it was done.

I've already activated a new device on my account, so this is good to go. Let me know!
