Additional Info: This was my wife's Torch. She began complaining that it was acting slow, and very slow to reboot when doing a battery pull. I wiped it and reloaded the OS with JL Commander, got it to boot normally, but then it started boot-looping. Tried wipe and reload again, and it will say that the reload is successful, but it will only boot to about two-thirds of the progress bar, then reboot itself and just continue that cycle. ESN is clear if you can get it booting, or maybe someone wants it for parts.

Maybe I'm asking too much for a non-booting phone, so be it. Make me an offer or a trade offer. Nothing ridiculous though.

I hope I've been very clear that this does not boot up all the way. Please don't purchase it and then wreck my feedback here by saying I sold you a bad phone. This phone is sold as is, no warranty, no guarantee, no bacon included.

Is this the GSM version?
I am curious if by some miracle I did get it working if it would work on the Rogers Network.

It is CDMA, however does have a SIM slot. Have never looked into unlocking it.
