Has been very lightly used - reason for selling is that I actually have 2 MacBook Pros now (school/work) and an older ipod that I use for the gym, etc and that I will never, ever use it. You can see from the pics that the back of the iPod Touch has been kept in near mint condition, not all scratched like 99% of other iPods on the market..one of the pics shows the black silicone case mentioned above..

Hey MODS....Are any of you going to enforce the rules around here? I mean there are the guys that follow them, then guys like this who have 3 postings and just now got pics posted for at least one item, he still has two things posted with no pics and has been that way for some time..

I mean if you need help let me know Ill do it, but this picking and choosing who has to follow the rules is BS..

I was away all weekend..simply dropped the prices on all three items I have posted and to be honest, to give my threads a bump (sorry? everyone does it?)..all three of my posts have had pics since either the day they were posted or the day after (weeks ago)..where did this rant come from?

The way we handle the forums, generally is we moderate, WHEN called upon, which is when we receive a report (the ! in triangle or !! icons), or when we are contacted by PM. OR if we happen to see something as we are browsing the Forums ourselves. We can not be in all places at all times and we count on your reports.

Don't sweat the small stuff! And it really does look like in this case that the OP got the pictures up, later the same day. Would it have been better if he had posted the listing with the pictures? Sure, BUT what he did WAS, not THAT big of a deal.
