From what I understand Verizon's versions are all unlocked. I have a way to test this but it would require me to cut down a sim card to nano size. Will do if someone wants me to, but only if interested in buying the phone.

I sent it back to Verizon. decided to use the upgrade for the Note 2. This can be locked..
