Item Description: I just recently got the Black Porsche Design phone so I am looking to sell the silver one that I was using. It is in great condition as you can see from the photos and works perfect. Beautiful phone in very good condition. Bought this phone for $2000 in January.

If you wanted to trade those two phones, I would need an additional $200.

And also it does not come with the charging dock, if you are willing to pay for the phone straight up then I can try and find you one.

I also have a back up P'9981 that is brand new and unused which comes with all the accessories, box and the charging dock but that one I would sell for $1500. Also has a warranty card for another year left.

Yea I understand, but the problem is that I would have to sell these 2 phones because I have no need for them and after fees and stuff I would probably only be left with $900

Keep in mind the porsche design is a great phone, all metal housing, each key is an individual metal piece, the buttons above the keyboard are made out of glass and the back is real leather. Its a great phone if you like Blackberries

It depends on your point of view. I'm guessing the Vertu line doesn't make much sense to you, either.

Myself, I bought a Bold 9900 deliberately because I knew it was going to be pretty much the ultimate "old-school" BB handset. Yes, it's the same spec, and I thought the 9900 was a beautiful design, but this is one bada$$ phone. I'd love to get my hands on one.

Personally I'm not big on designer labels, but PD has produced some of the cleanest industrial design anywhere. As much as I love my Z10, if I were given the chance to trade straight across, I'd seriously consider it.

(Just an aside... was hoping that when Vertu split off from Nokia that they'd look at licensing BB10... that would have been a match made in heaven!)

Just by typing on this thing, you can feel the quality, just the way the buttons click, its hard to explain. Each key though is an individually made metal piece

in the end that design will be worth that kind of money to the right people, Who have that kind of $ to throw around.

Its not really throwing it around because you still get the money back when you sell it. They still go for around $1500 on ebay

To John: I wasn't talking about 'you' personally for owning a beauty of a BB. I meant that like a car collector, there is

a market and someone will "have to have" the Porsche design BB. If I were loaded $$$, I'd want one for my own reasons.

It's a niche/nostalgic collector kind of phone. The specs do NOT justify the price compared to what's out now.. But I don't think you're mad for asking what you are

due to what you paid to get one. Hope you find a buyer. Good Luck.....it IS a sweet phone.
