It's on iOS 6. Eventually, sooner than later, apple will stop signing iOS 5. You can do a manual restore to iOS 5 of you want. I have the IPSW file.

It's on iOS 6. Apple will sooner than later stop signing iOS 5. You can manually restore to it if you want using iTunes and with the IPSW file. I have it and can do it for you if you buy it.
