Just wanted to chime in - I have shipped stuff out via USPS express mail to places like South Africa and Dubai. They do ask you fill out a customs form and you would need to state a value on it as well as give a description - since I was sending phones, I listed them as used mobile device and put a value of $100 per phone; if the buyer is motivated and accepts all responsibility for any customs duty on their end, you should be able to sell it without any issues - I would insist that they pay via paypal and wait for payment to clear first though. Either way you decide, just wanted to give you some info if it helps.
