Condition: Used but in excellent condition. There is one very minor scratch in the upper right corner of the screen. Scratch does NOT affect display or touchscreen operations. Scratch is only visible at specific angle in proper lighting conditions. Also one pin sized nick in the lower right corner of silver bezel. Like the scratch this is barely visible but I wanted to make full disclosure. I've included photographs of both.

Includes: Box, USB cable, wall charger plug, earbuds (new unused) manuals. Also includes an Aegis Trident case and a hard plastic rubberized case. Sorry - No screen protector.

Does this get LTE on AT&T?

Depending on your area it may get LTE. I live in Charleston, West Virginia which is a relatively small market and I got solid LTE on AT&T. I think slot has to do with the LTE bands deployed in your area.
