Yea, no price bashing! HOWEVER if you want to make him a fair offer, please feel free. Remember he also paid to get this unlocked so you don't have to bare that cost, and he is including the shipping in his cost. Make him a fair offer! (400 is not a fair offer, BUT 500 might be)
