2 things this morning... I forgot to mention that this already has the Lollipop update direct from att.

Also I received the unlock code from AT&T this morning so it is usable on other GSM networks.

According to these two sites, I think it would get LTE, but I"m not promising or guaranteeing. I'm sure your experiences will vary with cell tower coverage, etc.
