If you're shipping to the UK, I'd use Priority Mail International with tracking. I think it would be about $23 to ship it.

It's a pity it's T-mobile, as I would have bought it if it worked on AT&T.

Well, I never shipped anything to UK, so that is what I am asking about. Will there be a problem with not saying a phone is in the box? Or Customs??? I don't know these things.

State that it's a phone for sure. Make sure you get it insured but claim it's a gift so there are no extra duty or extra charges to the buyer unless of course they are willing to pay it

Yep. They use two bands for 3G/HSPA+ in the UK: 2100 and 900. Both are present in the TMO 9900.
