Danielcj if you want it unlocked you can use any of the unlocking services and unlock it yourself for around $20.

I'm not worried about unlocking myself just that if the phone is still under contract and AT&T blacklists the IMEI.

Danielcj Im well aware what you're talking about as far as the IMEI being blocked. Ive now said twice that the phone is not on contract. I think I've been clear on that.

Nobody wants to make a 450 mistake and end up with a paperweight.

I am not saying that the seller has bad intentions but if a phone was bought in contract and seller just decides he doesn't want to stay in contract or decides he won't make any more "Next" payments, phone will get IMEI blocked and cannot be used on ATT or ATT MNVO's.

He might have gotten this for close to free or less than $200 but since he is in contract, maybe he wants to get a different phone. I wish he got the different phone he wants from ATT instead of getting PP.

I did this and got LG g2 then I sold LG G2 for $325 last year and put some more money and bought Z30.

I believe (from other comments/endorsements) that this sellers good, but I hope you guys are aware that contract or no contract, payment or no payments isn't the only way an IMEI can go bad, there are several others. But like I said, doesn't seem like that would be an issue with this seller.
