Additional Info: This is a sale for a Black BlackBerry Q10. It was my daily driver until I switched to a Passport.

Here's some info:

1) NO double typing issue
2) Running BB 10.3.1 (latest). This gives you pretty nice battery performance, and excellent Android app performance.
3) No damage to the back of the phone.
4) Only 'damage' are slight scratches on the bezel (pictured, as well as I could), and a tiny scratch on the top left of the screen (not usually visible, and impossible to photograph).
5) Battery lasts a day for my use, but may vary, depending on how you use your phone.
6) ESN is clean

Here's some info:

1) Crack on screen from earpiece speaker to edge. It is stable, and has been for a while.
2) New keyboard, and the old one (fully functional, but not cosmetically pleasing) is included.
3) Light wear to the bezel and front of phone, but heavy wear to the back (pictured).
4) No scratches on the screen (apart from the crack mentioned above). Screen protector (Skinomi) installed.
5) Battery lasts a day for my use, but may vary, depending on how you use your phone.
6) ESN is clean

Incidentally, the stuff at the top left of the screen on the Q10 is lint from the felt I used as the background for the photographs - they're not scratches or damage to the screen.
