How do change sprint phones to another account? I'm looking to leave t-mobile for sprint and if I do, I want another Q10. I have a Verizon z30 that I am using on t-mobile at the moment but I can't use it on sprint. This is a really good price! I refuse to pay the 22$ a month that they are asking or the 560$ outright.

It's actually very simple. You can either call them or go to the store or do it online. You need the esn number and they will walk you through it. I actually have two of them if you want both

You have two Q10s? Why would you do that?

Family plan. The other was my wife's. We did the opposite, switched from sprint to tmobile.

Ah. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to switch to sprint from t-mobile. They have seriously pissed me off with all if the issues lately like dropping employer discounts and now no blackberry. I will talk to the wife and see what she says. I don't know if I can switch her over to blackberry or not. Do you have any interest in a Verizon Z30 that works on t-mobile? Only gets 4G though, which isn't a problem if you have a good 4G coverage area. 3G/2G sucks, but in Houston, the 4G is almost as fast as LTE.

I already bought a z30. Thanks though. I switched 10 lines to tmo because I could get the blackberry phones, but now looked what happened. Also, sprint data is a lot slower but the signal for voice and data is more abundant than tmo in all areas.

I also have a black 32gb HTC one for sprint in excellent condition as well with MANY cases. PM me if youre interested.

Let me know maybe can do a packaged deal. I do miss the qwerty shortcuts of the q10 though.

Do you know if the Q10 is compatible with the new Spark network upgrade on Sprint? I can't imagine the LTE is much worse than T-mobile. I average about 7mbps download and 2mbps upload on t-mobile, which is laughable even on full signal. My brothers all have ATT and get up to 49mbps download. Sorry about all the questions. I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to switch to sprint. One my my primary motivators is all of the stupid t-mobile decisions lately.

I do not think any of the current phones are capable to run spark (another way to get you to buy new phone) maybe one or possibly the samsung s5.
As for speeds that seems about what I get when I'm on their LTE. I think Houston and Dallas are the launch sites for spark as well.
The issue with att/vzw is I average over 11gb by myself each month and thats very costly on non unlimited plans.

That's reasonable. I see your point. I have 2.5gb a month and I have never busted it. I average about 1.4gb. That's good news. I am doing some research but I will let you know by tomorrow if I will buy it. I am very interested. However, if someone offers to buy it, don't hold off on selling it. I don't want to mess up any attempt to sell your phone. I am just trying to make sure I'm making the right decision. Thank you for all of the sprint info.

Hey, is Q10 natively unlocked for gsm like t-mobile? Can you put a sim in it?

it has a sim slot for gsm use but i think the US frequencies are locked. I do not know if it can be used on vzw as it is also CDMA but i think vzw needs to have it in their system for you to use

You are correct, Sprint and Verizon will not allow competitors devices on their network.

Oh OK. That sucks. I'm going to talk to sprint when I get off work today. I'm currently using a Z30 STA100-5 on t-mobile for the LTE. They already told me that my Verizon Z30 won't work but I figured it was because it's locked for CDMA and not GSM
