AT&T would be good if I can get LTE on T-Mobile. How could we find out?

Not sure how accurate this is now, but might provide a little insight or direction.

BlackBerry Q10 - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Grant you it is stated for the Q10, but I can't see the Passport having more and definitely no less bands available.

Passport specs according to GSM Arena

Looks good for UMTS at a minimum. Looks like Band 4 is promising. Of course depends on your location.

I'm really not sure. This is a ShopBlackBerry device afaik. I can assure you my T-Mobile branded BlackBerry devices p/u LTE everywhere I travel for work, but my non bb devices go to 2G in some areas.
I haven't taken time to isolate which bands are where b/c driving. Lol
If you swap with Ben and you don't get LTE, I'd swap you this white for the att device.
