Received phone today. The phone was not in "near new condition" as the seller had stated. Lots of light scuffs on the screen. The casing and the back are in better shape. With that being said, you cannot see the scuffs when the screen is on. I haven't tested it completely and may not have time to do it this weekend, but everything else seems to be fine. I will stay with the phone only because you cannot see scuffs when the device is on and also because of the reasonable price I paid for it.

I'm glad it's working well for you MB64. I promise there was no intention to misinform, in my opinion it was in great used condition and I tried to capture it accurately in the pics.
