I have the phone now. It is model SQN100-3 and although it says Service Provider unlocked, I tried using my telus sim card but it was blocked so I will definitely say that it is locked. Comes with original box, USB cable, Wall charger and white ear buds that are still in original bag (never used). Also, I noticed a very small scuff mark on one corner but doesnt really bother me but you might be different.Let me know if you are still interested. I have more pics that I can try and upload if you want
