I don't know for sure. The Blackberry site says it is NFC friendly. I don't know if wireless charging is more or less impeded by the shell than NFC.

For the question about wireless charging with the transform shell: go for it.
I have a VzW Z30 and charge it on my Qi charging pad with the transform shell on.
It's also NFC compatible as advertised.
