Condition: 9/10. My wife used this phone for a few months and then we moved her over to the iPhone because of app issues. It was used with a screen protector since day 1. The screen is flawless. The battery cover has some rubbing on the edges which I tried to show in the pictures below. The metal frame around the outside of the phone has some scratches.
Includes: Everything that originally came in the box including the charger and usb cable. These accessories have not been used. Original box is included as well.

I rated this phone 9/10 because of the little scratches. The scratching on the bezel is really only viewable if you're looking for them. If you replace the battery door, the phone would be rated a 9.6/10. Functionality of the phone is perfect.

No, the major CDMA carriers will not allow the devices from a competitor on their network.
