It is in awesome shape, just recently picked this up. It does have a small scuff on the volume up button (extremely hard to get in the camera picture) and also has 2 or 3 light screen scratches but can only be seen with the device off and in full sun. Inside they are invisible, same with the screen on. Your going to have to look hard for them. I also put a glass protector on it, it is a hair to short on the sides but covers the majority of the screen.
