Additional Info: I believe I was scammed by guy from craigslist. I traded my blackberry z30 for this nexus 5. All was working when trade was made, but a day later the screen became unresponsive to touch, so I tried to power down and restart the phone, but the screen stayed black. I was still receiving phone calls and texts as I could hear them come through, but the screen stays black. When I press the power button, I notice the white backlight turns on around the edges of the screen, and from what I was told, the LCD needs to be replaced? I was able to perform a factory reset using recovery mode (I watched a video on youtube on how to do the reset and yes, I did it with the screen all black, I couldn't see anything haha, I calculated the button presses and did the reset. The reason I know I performed the reset successfully was because after powering it on, I called it from another phone and I heard the default ringtones for calls and texts, not the custom tones I had previously set) I tried calling the guy back to get my z30 back but no luck just trying to recover a bit from my loss. thanks all for looking
