I bought this on sunday and paid $200 for it. Come to find out the guy I bought it from never paid his bill and the phone has been listed with a bad imei. Atleast thats the way att put it to me lastnight. They said i have basically a ipod touch. I know my fault for not checking the imei. I initially bought it to have it unlocked for use on another carrier, but ive decided to stay with my current carrier for now.

The phone is the only thing offered. No charger, or cases. It is actually in pretty good condition. It has some minor wear around the trim which you can see in the pics. There are no cracks anywhere. Also the home button sticks a little sometimes. Meaning sometimes you have to press it just right to make it work. It has also been updated to ios6
