There is no way a 2010 model MacBook u nobody should be worth $800 or anything more than $500.

My reasons:
Core 2duo already begins to lag on Mavericks, will not have future OS update support 10.10 for example,
Office2011 Outlook will grind performance to a halt as it takes considerable processes in memory cpu and HD read and writes.
Also the NVidia chip.barely offers any boost beyond 9400 in the 2008/2009 models.

Get a Pro 15" model with an Ati card for $700-800 range.
