Purchased a Bold 9650 for someone I know. Unlocked it for GSM to test, and everything looked good. Passed it on to a friend with VZW, only to find out the serial is blacklisted for lost/stolen. Emailed the seller twice, got no response. A third email got bounced back by the email domain.

As of right now, this issue is unresolved.

It could also be blacklisted because the original owner owes Verizon money, perhaps an ETF. Hopefully/possibly, they are working it out?????

It's possible. I know he switched to AT&T. If he's working on clearing, it, no problem. I would just like to be kept in the loop

Update: Seller and I and working to get this resolved. I had an old email address for the seller, which caused the lack of email responses

Seller has gone non-responsive again. Still no resolution. He told me just over two weeks ago that he would call VZW to research. I've gotten no response to 3 or 4 new emails
