The phone is in ABSOLUTE PRISTINE condition. Arrived in three days even with the New Year holiday in between. EVERYTHING was in the box PLUS an Otterbox AND a BlackBerry soft skin.

YES I wanted one BUT I didn't havc an upgrade and 550 at BBdotcom and 600 at AT&T was just too much. This phone just fell into my lap four days after I dropped my Z10 in my dogs' water bowl. SOMEONE was watching out for me! And i was a phenomenal experience with a phenomenal seller.
